I had been living in my house in Sterling, MA for several years and it was time to move on. I had found a great new job in another state, and I had already signed a contract for a new home. The only thing left to do was to sell my current house. Everything was going smoothly, or so I thought.
One day, I received a call from the buyer’s real estate agent, telling me that my septic system had failed a Title 5 inspection. I was devastated. I knew that this was going to be a major issue, and I had no idea how to deal with it. The buyer’s agent told me that I needed to have the septic system repaired before we could proceed with the sale.
I started to panic. I didn’t have much time before I needed to move to my new job, and I didn’t know anything about septic systems. I had no idea who I could call in the Sterling area, or even where to start.
That’s when a friend recommended Rotti & Son. She had used them in the past at her home in nearby Worcester. She told me that they were reliable and efficient. I decided to give them a call, and I’m so glad that I did.
When I called Rotti & Son, I was immediately put at ease. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, and he explained the process to me in a way that I could understand. He told me that they could come out and assess the situation right away and give me a free estimate.
I was impressed by their professionalism and decided to give them a shot. They came out to my house the next day, and I was blown away by their expertise. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me that I needed to have my distribution box replaced as well as a few other small repairs. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
The next day, they showed up bright and early to start work. They were respectful of my property and took great care not to damage anything. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was amazed at how much progress they made in just the first day.
Over the next few days, they continued to work on the septic system, and I could see that they were making great progress. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. I was so impressed by their professionalism and dedication to completing the job quickly so I could move on with the sale of my house.
Finally, after several days of hard work, the septic system was repaired and it passed the Title 5 inspection with flying colors. I was thrilled. I could move on with the sale and start my new job with peace of mind.
Throughout the entire process, Rotti & Son was amazing. They were reliable, efficient, and professional. They took what could have been a stressful situation and turned it into a smooth and easy process. I am so grateful for their help and expertise.
I would highly recommend Rotti & Son to anyone in need of septic system repair or maintenance. They are the best in the business, and they truly saved the day for me. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner – BEFORE I put my house on the market. I would have been more prepared to sell and the sales process would have been flawless. The issue with the septic system and the subsequent delay almost caused the buyers to pull out of the deal. I’m so thankful to Luke and his team for saving the day. Thanks to them, I was able to sell my house and move on to the next chapter of my life with confidence and peace of mind.
